Jedan od primera razmene je\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%D0%94%D0%B8%D1%84%D1%83%D0%B7%D0%B8%D1%98%D0%B0\">difuzija<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%D0%9A%D0%B8%D1%81%D0%B5%D0%BE%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%BA\">kiseonika<\/a>\u00a0i hranljivih materija iz me\u0111u\u0107elijskog prostora u \u0107elije i difuziija\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%D0%A3%D0%B3%D1%99%D0%B5%D0%BD-%D0%B4%D0%B8%D0%BE%D0%BA%D1%81%D0%B8%D0%B4\">ugljendioksida<\/a>\u00a0iz \u0107elija. Kako ova razmena podrazumeva materijale iz spolja\u0161nje sredine (kiseonik i ugljendioksid) organizmu je potreban mnogo br\u017ei na\u010din transportovanja molekula od difuzije. Upravo je to uloga kardiovaskulatornog sistema &#8211; efikasniji transport materija.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kardiovaskularni sistem \u010dini srce, \u010diji je zadatak da ispumpava krv, kao i cirkulacijski sistem, koji uklju\u010duje arterijsku, vensku i limfati\u010dku komponentu. Srce, odnosno njegova leva i desna strana (pretkomore i komore), povezani su sa cirkulacijskim elementima tako da formiraju tzv. sistemsku cirkulaciju (leva komora, aorta, arteriole, sistemski kapilari, venule i desna pretkomora) i plu\u0107nu cirkulaciju (desna komora, plu\u0107na arterija, plu\u0107ni kapilari, venule, plu\u0107ne vene i leva pretkomora).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Arterije su krvi sudovi koji odvode krv od srca prema organima i tkivima. Ovi krvni sudovi spadaju u najve\u0107e u ljudskom telu, i imaju pre\u010dnik od oko 12,5 milimetara. Zidovi arterija debeli su oko 2 milimetra. Zidovi arterija sadr\u017ee veliki broj\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%D0%9F%D1%80%D0%BE%D1%82%D0%B5%D0%B8%D0%BD\">proteina<\/a>\u00a0kao \u0161to je elastin, jer im to poma\u017ee pri \u0161irenju i omogu\u0107ava im da funkcioni\u0161u i pod visokim krvnim pritiskom.\u00a0Ove fizi\u010dke karakteristike \u010dine arterije u isto vreme veoma elasti\u010dne, ali i dovoljno jake da opstanu pod visokim pritiskom a da se ne o\u0161tete. Arteriole su manje od arterija i dovode krv do kapilara. Za razliku od arterija ne mogu da se vide golim okom. Glavna funkcija arteriola je regulacija krvnog protoka prema kapilarima. Tok krvi kroz arteriola se reguli\u0161e kontrakcijom samih arteriola.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Arterijski sistem\u00a0ljudskog tela\u00a0podeljen je na\u00a0sistemske arterije, koje nose krv od srca prema celom telu i\u00a0plu\u0107ne arterije, koje nose dezoksigenizovanu krv od\u00a0srca\u00a0prema\u00a0plu\u0107ima.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Plu\u0107na cirkulacija krvi\u00a0ili\u00a0mali krvotok\u00a0je deo\u00a0op\u0161te cirkulacije krvi, pored\u00a0velikog krvotoka. U njemu dolazi do pre\u010di\u0161\u0107avanja\u00a0krvi\u00a0u\u00a0plu\u0107ima, koja iz venskih\u00a0kapilara, venula, i uz pomo\u0107 \u0161upljih\u00a0vena\u00a0ide u desnu pretkomoru\u00a0srca, a odatle ulazi u desnu komoru. Zatim, krv ide natrag u plu\u0107a preko\u00a0plu\u0107nih arterija. Sledi dalje\u00a0razmena gasova\u00a0u plu\u0107ima, i preko\u00a0plu\u0107nih vena\u00a0krv oboga\u0107ena\u00a0kiseonikom\u00a0ide u levu pretkomoru srca. Zahvaljuju\u0107i malom krvotoku, razmena gasova u\u00a0organizmu\u00a0se vr\u0161i stalno i neometano.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"koja-je-funkcija-kardiovaskularnog-sistema\">Koja je funkcija kardiovaskularnog sistema?<\/h2>\n<p>Kardiovaskularni, odnosno cirkulatorni sistem, je sistem organa u ljudskom telu koji omogu\u0107uje\u00a0razmenu\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%D0%9A%D0%B8%D1%81%D0%B5%D0%BE%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%BA\">kiseonika<\/a>, hranjivih materija i u njemu se izlu\u010duju produkti razmene materije. Cirkulatorni sistem ljudskog tela ima tri glavne funkcije, a to su:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prenos kiseonika i nutrijenata u sve organe, tkiva i \u0107elije u ljudskom telu<\/li>\n<li>Uklanjanje ugljen dioksida i otpadnih produkta razmene materija iz krvotoka<\/li>\n<li>Uspostavljanje i odr\u017eavanje za\u0161tite tela od mikroba i toksina koji se nalaze u spolja\u0161njoj sredini<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Osim toga, cirkulatorni sistem zadu\u017een je i za prenos belih krvnih zrnaca, odnosno leukocita, i hormona kroz telo.
