Stoga nije potrebno da se uzimaju redovno, na primer preko hrane.<\/p>\n<p>Vitamin D se javlja u dva oblika: ergokalciferol, koji mo\u017ee da se uzme preko hrane, i holekalciferol, koji se sinteti\u0161e u organizmu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"koja-je-uloga-vitamina-d\">Koja je uloga vitamina D?<\/h2>\n<p>Vitamin D se uglavnom sinteti\u0161e u telu uz pomo\u0107 izlaganja ko\u017ee sun\u010devim zracima. Ovaj vitamin reguli\u0161e metabolizam kalcijuma i stoga je od zna\u010daja u procesu kalcifikacije kostiju. Vitamin D tako\u0111e poma\u017ee u odr\u017eavanju normalnog nivoa kalcijuma i fosfora u krvi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"koje-namirnice-su-bogate-vitaminom-d\">Koje namirnice su bogate vitaminom D?<\/h2>\n<p>Vitamin D je ne\u0161to manje zastupljen u namirnicama (nekim vrstama masne ribe, mleku i mle\u010dnim proizvodima, jajima, d\u017eigerici i zelenom povr\u0107u). Jedini izuzetak je hladno riblje ulje.<\/p>\n<p>Vitamin D se u velikim koli\u010dina skladi\u0161ti u organizmu i mora u njemu biti prisutan zbog ja\u010danja strukture kostiju u posebnim situacijama poput rasta, trudno\u0107e i dojenja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"koje-su-preporucene-dnevne-doze-vitamina-d\">Koje su preporu\u010dene dnevne doze vitamina D?<\/h2>\n<p>Dnevna potreba za unosom vitamina D zavisi od starosne dobi. Kre\u0107e se od 200 jedinica dnevno za decu, 400 jedinica dnevno za odrasle osobe (starosne dobi 51-70 godina), pa sve do 600 jedinica za osobe starije od 70 godina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"nedostatak-vitamina-d\">Nedostatak vitamina D<\/h2>\n<p>Nedostatak vitamina D mo\u017ee imati negativne posledice na kalcifikaciju kostiju \u0161to dovodi do pojave rahitisa kod dece, razli\u010ditih tipova deformacije kostiju do ostemalacije koja se javlja kada su ko\u0161tane strukture spolja spojene, ali su kosti same po sebi mek\u0161e zbog nedostatka minerala u njima.
