Ovom procedurom mogu\u0107e je detektovati primarne ili metastatske tumore tokom hirur\u0161kih resekcija jetre.<\/p>\n<p>U najnovijim klini\u010dkim studijama, jasno je definisana prednost kori\u0161\u0107enja intraoperativnog ultrazvuka, prevashodno zbog precizne procene stepena zahva\u0107enosti jetre tumorskim procesom, \u0161to omogu\u0107ava operatoru bolju procenu stepena resekcije tokom same operacije.
