Deux rem\u00e8des bien connus peuvent aider le corps \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer. Ce sont\u00a0: le repos et l\u2019apport de solutions salines de r\u00e9hydratation, de sorte que le corps peut remplacer les fluides et les min\u00e9raux perdus.
