Cette vitamine r\u00e9gule le m\u00e9tabolisme du calcium dans l&#8217;organisme et est donc utile dans l&#8217;activit\u00e9 de calcification osseuse. La vitamine D aide \u00e9galement \u00e0 maintenir des niveaux normaux de calcium et de phosphore dans le sang.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"quels-sont-les-aliments-riches-en-vitamine-d\">Quels sont les aliments riches en vitamine D ?<\/h2>\n<p>La vitamine D est \u00e0 peine pr\u00e9sente dans les aliments (certains poissons gras, le lait et les produits laitiers, les \u0153ufs, le foie et les l\u00e9gumes verts). Il commence \u00e0 200 unit\u00e9s par jour pour les enfants et va jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 400 unit\u00e9s chez les adultes (\u00e2g\u00e9s de 51 \u00e0 70 ans), et arrive \u00e0 600 unit\u00e9s recommand\u00e9es pour ceux de plus de 70 ans.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"carence-en-vitamine-d\">Carence en vitamine D<\/h2>\n<p>La carence en vitamine D peut avoir des effets n\u00e9gatifs sur la calcification des os, allant du rachitisme chez les enfants, de divers types de d\u00e9formations osseuses \u00e0 l&#8217;ost\u00e9omalacie, qui se produit lorsque la structure osseuse est combin\u00e9e ext\u00e9rieurement mais que les os sont ramollis en raison d&#8217;une teneur en min\u00e9raux insuffisante.
