Il est compos\u00e9 de vaisseaux sanguins dilat\u00e9s (\u00e9largis). Elle n&#8217;est pas canc\u00e9reuse. C&#8217;est la tumeur du foie la plus fr\u00e9quente, elle ne pr\u00e9sente pas de sympt\u00f4mes et elle est diagnostiqu\u00e9e accidentellement lorsque vous \u00eates scann\u00e9. Les h\u00e9mangiomes h\u00e9patiques sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme cong\u00e9nitaux. Il peut y avoir un ou plusieurs h\u00e9mangiomes.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe plusieurs sous-types d&#8217;h\u00e9mangiomes h\u00e9patiques : les h\u00e9mangiomes g\u00e9ants, calcifi\u00e9s, \u00e0 remplissage \u00e9clair, hyanilis\u00e9s et autres. Seuls les h\u00e9mangiomes h\u00e9patiques g\u00e9ants peuvent causer des complications importantes.<\/p>\n<p>Les h\u00e9mangiomes sont plus fr\u00e9quents chez les femmes que chez les hommes. Ceci est d\u00fb aux hormones f\u00e9minines, qui peuvent favoriser la formation d&#8217;h\u00e9mangiomes.
